Terms & Conditions

• Dates are provisionally booked until a deposit of 20% is received.

• The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the date of your break.

• Arrival must be no earlier than 16:30 due to increased cleaning for COVID-19

• Departure must be no later than 09:30 due to increased cleaning for COVID-19

• Gas and Electric are included in the rental price.

• The cottage and grounds are strictly NO SMOKING.

• No pets are allowed under any circumstances (if you have a trained dog to help you with impaired vision then please include this information in your booking request).

• Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.

• Children must be supervised in the garden.

• Only those individuals listed on the booking request may stay at the cottage.

• We reserve the right to refuse a booking (full deposit will be refunded).
